The Challenge
Citiprops Limited is a real estate development company and the developers of Eden Gardens, Ajah. We were brought on board to help Citiprops achieve its immediate objectives. These include:
Design of strategic marketing plan and customer service strategy.
Conduct of a full brand audit and implementing a brand revamp, which includes a new brand visual identity, internal and external communication strategy, print media, BTL,ATL,TTL strategy etc.
Design and implementation of marketing campaigns on both traditional and digital media.
The Solution
We ensured all initiatives across marketing platform are measured, tracked and analysed with clear post implementation review to understand ROI on local marketing activities and making necessary adjustment. We organized a company lifestyle and experience event, which served as a marketing tool. We implemented and managed marketing campaigns and online advertising while building understanding of consumer insights in order to incorporate clear value propositions gotten from consumer wants, needs and behavior leading to more relevant, consumer connectivity and more effective marketing strategy.
The Love Nests
The Love Nests is a product designed by Citiprops for Eden Gardens. It is a special house designed for Young couples and newly weds. In this design couples have a unique payment plan and customized floor plans which can be expanded over time. We helped Citiprops to brand and market this product to prospective customers.
Enduring Love With Bez
Enduring Love was an initiative put together for Citiprops Limited. The idea was to invite customers within our target market to an evening of live music, and buffet dinner, using the opportunity to give them exclusive information about Eden gardens and its “Love nests” (Semi detached duplexes designed for young and new couples) Bez was brought in to bring live music.
We used the newly created Citiprops and Eden gardens brand to design and print of all promotional and marketing items such as fliers, invites, brochures, backdrops, banners, bill boards, roll up banners and branded gifts. We also created designs for digital sponsored post and newspapers/magazines advertorials etc. Our responsibilities also covered project/event management as we organized with the in house Citiprops team to put together all the factors to make up a great show.
